Meet Raegan
Raegan Phillips, Therapist

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to meet you where you are as you build resilience, discover your strengths, and create meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. I have provided school-based mental health support, supported individuals with disabilities, and in hospice, supported patients and families through serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions.
I have training in play therapy, using creative and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children learn social skills, express emotions, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences.
I believe therapy should be a nonjudgmental space for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
